I'm only going to give it 3 stars because when I went,it was through the drive-thru and they were swamped with customers without enough help

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Monday cheeseburger special is probably the best discount hamburger deal around with a quality burger. Well worth the visit.

The decor was interesting but poorly maintained, clashing with the Long John Silver's decor, and it really needed a deep cleaning. My order arrived quickly, although they weren't very busy when I ordered. Unfortunately, the cheese curds were salty, greasy, and not as good as those from competing establishments. I wouldn’t recommend dining in; if you’re a fan of A&W's food, it's better to use the drive-thru instead. Pros: classic 50s diner artwork, and the cheese curds were cooked properly. Cons: the restaurant was dirty, the staff was unfriendly and unenthusiastic, it needed repairs and renovations, there were random posters on about a third of the tables, and the themes of Long John Silver’s and A&W clashed. The cheese curds didn’t squeak, were too salty and greasy, lacked seasoning, and were made of mozzarella instead of the usual cheddar. They were also slightly overpriced compared to competitors like Culver's, where you can get better quality cheese curds for the same price. Additionally, there was minimal branding of Rooty the Great Root Bear, A&W’s beloved mascot since June 19, 1974. Vegetarian options: cheese curds Parking: plenty available.

The dinner I ordered for takeout was outstanding, with a fantastic rating of 5 for both the food and service. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also exceptional, creating a positive overall experience. Plus, there is plenty of free parking available, making it convenient for pickup. Highly recommended!
