Probably wonderful place to go if it 's not busy, but when busy they have no organization at all. Visited for a drink on the Yorkshire Marathon day, queued for probably about 30 minutes to order and then was waiting even longer for the drink. It had been so long I was going to miss the runner go past, others had popped out to see theirs and came back, jumping to the front to ask for their drinks, fine if their turn had passed but it hadn 't and here I was still waiting. I questioned the staff on this and I got the response 'I 'll do one, she will do the other ', right so I must be soon. No, the next two drinks orders were either for people coming back in (queue jumping effectively unbeknown to them), or the gentleman behind me. I 'd ordered one coffee, so I was absolutely baffled as to why my order was skipped. I asked for a refund and commented that I thought the system was ridiculous, to which the woman scoffed at me and said it 's a long queue. Not sure she understands the concept of a queue if serving the gentleman behind me his drinks before me is how it works! They must improve their organization and customer service, set expectations for people! Also, their cakes are from Costco, not homemade.

We had a wonderful experience during our first visit and will definitely be coming back soon since we've just moved to the area. The food was outstanding, and the service was excellent. Overall, we would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at a perfect 5!
