Domino's Pizza - East Providence

I ordered a pizza and the person on the phone told me it would take an hour for delivery and not to tip the driver, just to say he's doing a great job. What's going on with this place? After waiting for an hour without my order, I called back only to be told it would take an additional 30 minutes due to computer issues. Seriously? I only found this out because I called them. I do not recommend ordering from this place—save your money! Last time I ordered here, my food was burned, and I was hoping to give them another chance to support a local business. But after this experience, never again. Save your money and order from somewhere else!

We’ve had a few mix-ups in the past, but the pizzas are consistently delicious. The standout feature is how friendly the delivery drivers are! As someone who drives for Uber full-time, I really appreciate that, and they truly excel in that area!

This location on Pawtucket Ave has had terrible service recently! The delivery times are extremely long, with the food being ready more than 30 minutes before it actually gets delivered. When it arrives, the food is neither fresh nor hot; this has happened to me three times in the past six months. When I called to ask about it, the story kept changing about whether the food was finished or on its way, etc. The menu seems to be changing more and more, and they have recently removed the bread bowl option for pasta. I will definitely be avoiding this location in the future.

Food took way longer than app showed. Chicken pasta dish, barely 6 small pieces of chicken. Was burnt. Brownies..very crunchy but ok taste. Cheese dipper with bread, very oily. Very bad customer service in store. Been going to this location long time,this is worst experience ever.

The East Providence site has a young crew, but its true size is with its delivery drivers, they are all respectful and hard working. Make sure they are not less than 20% or more... It's worth getting your food with a smile.
