Mcdonald's - Eagan

I had lunch here today, and the food was just as I expected—it tasted great. There were a few errors with our order, but when I went up to the counter, they fixed it and even gave me something for free. I realized they were busy, so I remained polite when I approached them, and they were friendly in return. It’s always important to be kind; you never know what someone else might be going through!

The experience was awful. Even though I said thank you, I got no response. The food wasn't hot, and my burrito was opened, making it impossible to eat.

There seems to be a constant issue with our orders at this restaurant. We returned today expecting to get the correct food, but once again, we received the wrong order! Furthermore, we are seldom greeted or thanked for our patronage. Good customer service goes a long way, but this McDonald's location falls short.

I love coming here in the morning for coffee and breakfast; it's so delightful!
