This time, I can only give it 1 star. The main issue was with the person who took my order over the phone—everything was handled incorrectly, and the pizza was delivered to the wrong address. When we finally received the order, there were no sauces or salad included with the kebab, despite our request. Additionally, the pizza had very few toppings. We were charged £21.50 when it was supposed to be £19.50 for delivery, according to the phone call. In the end, they managed to get £20 from us, but thankfully not more. Food: 1
