Chili's Grill - Dyer

The restaurant was quite understaffed, and there was a significant number of patrons. Upon our arrival, we had to wait a bit to be seated. Our server appeared to be quite busy, but they remained calm and friendly throughout our visit. I think I’ll give them some time before returning.

The food consistently meets our expectations and is slightly above average. The portion sizes are generous, and the staff is fantastic. We enjoy visiting this restaurant, especially when we have the kids with us, as it offers a family-friendly atmosphere. We will definitely continue to return.

I stopped by this restaurant with my daughter right after school for a quick bite, and we had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and our food arrived quickly and hot. We ordered chips and salsa, along with a side of ranch for mixing, and I believe that once you try the combination of salsa and ranch, your taste buds will be grateful! My daughter chose a pizza from the kids' menu, which came with a side and a drink, while I opted for their chicken sandwich that came with fries. I also noticed that they offer a nice selection of draft beers, including several craft options.

Ordered To-Go last night. We hadn 't ordered yet online but the lady working To- Go came outside to where we parked to ask if we did. I appreciated that. She brought our food back out not long after. Everything was hot and fresh. Great experience, I 'mglad we came!

Over the past year I?ve stayed away due to poor service and random closing due to short staff. Today I returned and was helped by Robert! He was awesome! He took our orders and brought out our food promptly and we never had to ask for refills! Definitelythe new service energy they needed! Thanks Robert for the great dinner service!
