Myself and my wife went down for a date evening to make use of the Wednesday buffet option. It's an absolutely fantastic restaurant, fantastic staff and great food. Vegetarian options: My wife is a vegetarian and they were more than happy to provide veggie options as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

This was easily the worst curry I 've ever had. Every dish tasted the same of nothing. Just a sort of tomato and onion slop with lumps of lamb so tough I thought i was on I 'm A Celebrity. The dal was the same but with half a pound of onions in and hardly any lentils. Cauliflower undercooked. Bombay Potatoes were just potatoes, no discernable spices. In fact, think of all the spices you think should be in a curry and put no before it. No cumin, no coriander, no turmeric, no cardamom, no chilli, no flavour and definitely NOT a curry in any sense of the word. No idea why I even paid for it.

Moderate curries. Young student at reception very obliging and friendly, able to converse well with customers. Cool reception from proprietor; doesn’t instil desire to return. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
