Denny's - Durango

I have been going to this Denny’s location for five+ years. The food has quality has went up and down but my favorite server always makes my day. Mama Kathy is always very nice and accommodating. She’s very patient and prompt when serving. My last visit was great, the food and Kathy made my visit the best.

We visited over Memorial Day weekend and had the best experience of our entire trip at this restaurant. Our waiter was outstanding. We were a large party of 12, and he managed to attend to all our needs quickly and efficiently—he was truly exceptional! After having terrible experiences at three other places, we were a bit hesitant to dine out again. However, the contemporary atmosphere here was pleasant, and the food came out quickly, which was a huge plus. Our waiter really made our day. Many thanks to Denny’s for their excellent customer service!

I'm having lunch with my mom today. When we sat down, our waitress Heather B kindly asked us if we thought the air conditioning was a bit chilly and moved us to another seat. Thank you very much Heather B My mother is afraid of the cold and she felt comfortable after changing her seat. Heather B is Amazing!

The restaurant was clean, and the service was good. However, the portion of pot roast was relatively small considering the price, and the side of gravy was also quite limited.
