Royal Marine - Dunoon

Unfortunately never got to stay at the hotel as major flooding in Scotland halted our journey. From the moment we booked we felt cared for by Dylan his team. We were attending a wedding at 3pm and when we called and told them this they said early check in wasn’t an issue! We later called to ask if an iron was available in the room? we were told not as standard but would organise one for us “as no one wants to attend a wedding creased after a long journey” today we called to tell them we wouldn’t be making it as stuck in Port Glasgow and we were having to head home to Essex. Dylan called later that evening to make sure we were okay and that we had somewhere to stay. Couldn’t fault at all and is lovely to know genuine people still exist care. Visited here on 28th September. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Richard and Dillon, also the worker who kindly gave me a lift. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Genuine and professional staff who run it. 5 stars Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Very helpful friendly staff who go above and beyond. Comfortable room with very comfy beds, and a heater was very useful for the slightly cooler weather. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Beautiful building and place, as soon as we go there everyone was so helpful and kind, would 100% recommend here to anyone. Could ask for a better value for money place, food was amazing and rooms and decor were stunning. Can’t wait to come back this is my new go to spot. Rooms: Lovely lots of space and clean Food drinks: Food was amazing and they always asked if the food was good, that’s a big thing for me Noteworthy details: Anytime you need help they will always go out there way for you, from helping with your bags to ordering you a taxi going into the town and given you ideas of things you can do such as family activities or romantic ideas.
