The Flying Squid - Dunedin

I went for a late lunch, and everything we ordered was fantastic—crispy and not greasy at all. We had fish and chips as well as burgers, and all of our food was served hot and tasted wonderful.

Sorry, but we can't comment on other menu items because we haven't grown tired of the fish and chips yet! I've generally found the staff to be polite and helpful, and unlike many takeaway places, they always greet you with a smile.

Best takeaway shop in the city! They offer high-quality food and have friendly staff. Plus, they have a wide variety of drinks. It's the cheapest fish and chip shop I've ever visited, yet the quality of the food is outstanding! I would definitely return for their excellent fish or their fantastic chips. If you're looking for fast food, head to The Flying Squid because their offerings are superb!

Just one suggestion to make excellent. that numbers are used for orders just to limit confusion!

You can 't seem to go wrong with the Flying Squid, or 'Squiddies ' as it is known to locals. For many years it has won the annual Critic (Otagon University 's Student Association magazine) Fish and Chip review, which reviews local fish and chip places for their value, and taste, of their cuisine.I have been there a few times myself, and do agree that both the amount, and the taste especially, of what I am getting for my money to be very worthwhile.Thank you Squiddies for always being their for the students!
