Thibodeaux's Authentic Cajun Cookin'

I was really pleased with both the food and the atmosphere at this restaurant. The drinks were strong and spot on! I wasn't disappointed at all. I'm glad we chose this place for a quick meal, and I definitely plan to come back for more!

I ended up spending $30 on a three-piece catfish filet basket and a Kool-Aid (which I specifically requested without ice when I placed my online order). When I arrived to pick up my order, there was ice in my drink. When I pointed out my request for no ice, I was informed that there would be an extra charge for that. While I did have an additional $1.08 available for a drink that already cost $4.00, it just feels unnecessary. There's always something with this place. Nonetheless, I want to give a shoutout to Black-owned businesses.

This was my 4th time ordering food from Thibodeaux’s. I must say that I have never been disappointed with their food. The catfish was cooked perfectly. Most of the fries were cooked well. However, a few were soggy but it was because of the amount of peppers and pickles they put in my basket. Greatly appreciate the extra peppers and pickles. The only item I can do without is the bread. Thibodeaux’s, I will be ordering for a fifth time soon!

Omg! The service here is the worst! My first and last time here! Waited almost a hour, food never came. One excuse from the cashier and a different excuse from the manager! They’re either confused or just that unorganized. It upsetted me with the 2 different answers as to why the food never came. From other reviews there feedback is improving service which I can see hasn’t changed based on other reviews. The service will never improve.
