Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Duncanville

Asked for all flat wing was told no because they are half and half which doesn’t make sense since they select each wing. Was freezing cold in store so came to wait in my car.

Not one african american works there. Gentrification going on, stop buying from here.

On Wednesday August 30,2023 I went to this location because normally it’s better tasting and fresh but tonight was totally different ppl were waiting awhile to get their food they were calling the orders outta order meaning that ppl that came in after me left before my two piece was ready and they had more than what I ordered got home ate those two drumsticks and mashed potatoes couldn’t finish it because one of the legs wasn’t cooked all the way and I’ve never had an upset stomach from eating there but I did it’s 6 am the next morning and I’m stomach still upset.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and the place was clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and efficient, making my visit enjoyable. The highlight for me was the delicious mac and cheese. It seems like the management has really made some great changes. Overall, I loved the service, the cleanliness, and the tasty food. Highly recommend!

Every time I visit this restaurant, I experience excellent service. It's always clean, well-stocked, and the service is consistently fast and friendly. The bathrooms are also kept clean. I really love this location! You get all of this without needing a drive-thru. I give this place a 5 out of 5!
