Hachi Express - Duncan

A hidden gem in the heart of Duncan! The ambiance is fantastic, featuring authentic decor and soothing music in the background. The food is both delicious and affordable. I really enjoyed my veggie plate with fried rice, which was accompanied by a soup served as soon as we were seated. We will definitely return when we're in the area!

I can’t understand anything they say on the phone, and they always mess up our orders. If the person answering the phone would just slow down and pay attention, we might actually get the correct order. The picture shows the burned spring rolls they sent us, and this isn't the first time it's happened. My wife and I have decided we're done eating there. We’ve never tried to pay with counterfeit money, so why do they send customers out with such disgusting, burned food? If we’re paying for a meal, we deserve to receive food of equal quality in return!

We have walked by this restaurant numerous times, but we never actually stopped until today. What a delightful surprise it was! The steak and scallops were amazing! They were served with carrots and rice, which complemented the meal perfectly. I will definitely be returning.

The food was very good! The carrots are not what you would expect, but still good! I really enjoy eating here! The staff was nice and food came out hot!

Will definitely go back next time I am down there for work, food was very good and fresh. It's hard to find good restaurants in the area other than fast food or chain restaurants.
