Le Coq Hardy - Duclair

Just had a lovely meal at this restaurant. The menu was small but everything is done well. We both chose fish dishes. The portions were generous and delicious. The staff were friendly.

Revisted after a two year lapse and found the experience to be just as good as before. The duck breast was the best I have eaten anywhere and the millefeuille for desert was sublime. Other courses were excellent. Don't be put off by the unassuming...appearance, this restaurant should not be missed if you appreciate good food.

Nice place along the river. Unfortunately no outdoor terrace. Menu are well balanced providing value for money. Service is efficient and price are affordable. Rare cooking of the entrecôte was properly done as well as the salmon one. vegetables with the meat and fish...would be appreciated.

The restaurant has had new owners since our last visit and review. It is still of the same quality and excellence. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. The food is superb, The restaurant overlooks the river Seine. A must visit if you are in...this region. (closing times this year are: Monday, Wednesday, Sunday evening. Thursday evening from October to April). It is small with a lovely ambience, suitable for everyone.
