Firstly, there was a lack of communication among the staff which resulted in our order taking almost one and a half hours to be served, and when it was finally brought to us, it was incorrect. Some of the dishes we received included a Moroccan lamb pizza (which was quite tasty), sweet potato fries (also good), and a quinoa salad that had been sitting under a heat lamp waiting for the rest of our order to be completed. My wife had to go into the kitchen to track down our food, and even then, the remaining pizzas only arrived after we approached the kitchen again and requested them to be packed in takeaway boxes. This lack of organization and efficiency was evident in both our personal experience and in previous reviews we had read online. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed, leading to long wait times, incorrect orders, and a general feeling of disorganization. It appeared that the staff were not adequately trained and lacked someone to take control of the situation. Overall, despite an initial promising impression, we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Dubbo.

Great culinary experience. the cook helped me very much with an allergy, and my meal was perfect. we are coming back to the final. other restaurants have changed my meal times greatly without discussing the options with me, and I was very disappointed with my meal. well done, devil’s hollow
This brewery in Dubbo is a must-visit! The staff is incredibly friendly and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner who made sure we were well taken care of. The Wit beer and cider were especially delicious. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the food as we had already eaten, but we would definitely give it a try next time. Thanks for a great experience!
Booked a table a couple days in advance apparently this was overlooked and got shoved outside on a luckily empty table, no direction was given by staff about having to order and pick up your food at the counter or that we had to retrieve our own table water. Drinks you could order by QR code and receive table service which was nice and the cocktails were splendid! Wait staff checked in on everyone around us (maybe we were ghosts). Food was really nice, ‘pork belly’ was more of a pork strip so a lot tougher then actual pork belly and the rice didn’t make sense. Nachos were really nice both were generous serving sizes. We had a table booked for breakfast the next morning which was cancelled during dinner because it just was not a vibe.
