Had a good meal at this beautiful historical location, unfortunately the waitress, never checked on us once til the end of the meal, service end of night was lacking. Never cleared our soup or salad dishes, was very weird and lacking of any type of service for end of the night on a slow Thursday night. Definitely doesn't give a good value proposition for the high prices. Sad.

Very unique architecture. I enjoyed the vibe inside. Bathrooms are downstairs, but there is an elevator to them. I would recommend making reservations for larger parties, it does get busy here. The food overall was very good. I prefer my ravioli to have a little bit of a kick in flavor but it definitely didn't taste bad. You get a large amount of food so expect to take leftovers home.

Amazing staff, fantastic food. First time ever in an Old Spaghetti Factory and it lived up to the hype. Food was a little slow coming out because there was a super large party but we saw their staff talking with people and in one case brought a dish(maybe it was applesauce or something)out to a kid right away that needed to eat. Super happy to see their staff setting expectations up front and adjusting on the fly. You can totally tell they empower their staff, great job management. Maurice was awesome. Food was amazing. I wasn’t expecting the brown butter spaghetti to be so amazing but it really sealed the deal with the masala. My wife’s Lobster/Crab Ravioli was divine.
