Absolutely positively a must visit for one of the best paella (BTW pronounced pie-aaa-ya, no ls please! ) you will ever have.

The most breathtaking views of Es Vedra and Paella sent from heaven makes me wish I could rate El Carmen with a higher-than five star rating.

The seafood paella and that view made for one of the best meals we had in Ibitza! My only reco is to skip the appetizers as the paella is a very generous

We were on our way to Point Pelee Provincial and stopped in for a late lunch. Usually restaurants serve a picture of a lazagna but Mira's was fresh, just the right spices, garlic bread and the size was enough for two helping. And I am 6'2''. My partner could only eat half, given the size.Next time we will stop, bring pirex dishes and order extra dish to take home. It's been two days since and my mouth is still watering. Thanks Mira. You and your staff were wonderful.

They served the best tasting liver and onions I have ever had. Servers were friendly and chatted with you. Prices were more then agreeable. I topped up the inexpensive prices with a bit of an over tip. In the words of Arnold "I'll be back"
