Papa Johns Pizza - Draper

The has to be the worst “Papa Johns; no, THE WORST “pizza establishment” on the planet. The store is absolutely filthy, the pizza they serve is VILE and the customer service abhorrent. Why hasn’t this location been closed down yet? The two pizzas I ordered recently looked like they crawled out of the dumpster and ran across the bathroom 5 times over. What in the holy hell is going on at this location? Someone please call the health department. I had to throw everything away because it was so ungodly. See attached photos. Also, I would like a refund….as if that would ever happen. Seriously though, just bulldoze this establishment to the ground and start over. The franchise owner should be ashamed You clearly know nothing about running a proper food business.DO. NOT. EAT. HERE. You’ll be most likely be poisoned like I was.???????

Don't bother! I ordered on the phone and the person had a very soft voice but repeated my order back to me correctly. I told him my grandson would be coming to pick it up and told him his name. My grandson came back with an order for someone with a completely different name. I called the store several times but they were not picking up. My grandson went back to the store and they were very unhelpful telling him we must have ordered from a different store and refusing to look for our order. I had to text him a copy of the payment on my card. They finally found the pizzas and he brought them back. Cold by then. They were rude throughout and I will not go back.

I swear this place is going for the “Worst Papa Johns in existence” award.Half the time you don’t even get the delivery.It’s either four hours or it gets cancelled after waiting for hours.When it does arrive, their drivers just hammer the door down despite already tipping when you’ve paid.Food is most of the time, always cold.You can’t call to complain because no one answers the phone.Maybe this is a sign that I should really just cook more…

People who work here will not treat you good even as a customer, they either need to retrain or get fired and hire people who will not get mad for the simplest thing and learn some basic respect towards their peers and customers. Legit saw a man get mad over a dasher just because they didn’t have a pizza bag. I did door dash and I was never asked about this before when I’ve done it. This is unacceptable behavior from this man. Never come here again.
