Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Absolutely horrible. They didn't give me my custard, which is an extra five dollars. Absolutely horrific customer service and they don't deserve business for sub par custard.

I'm going to leave a 5 star because I've loved Freddy's since it opened when I lived in Kansas. I will say I'm disappointed at their up-charge for a larger fry, albeit only like 40 cents it was actually less then the order we had with a regular fry regular on the left, large on the right) either accurately give people what they paid for or just go back to a standard size. Could care less about the cost it's just the principle to me. Thanks for the good food. ?

This is me and my friends' favorite fast food place to go to, all for different reasons. One likes the patty melt, one likes the fries, one likes the burgers, one likes the custard, etc. Personally, I am very fond of their Shakes. Especially the pumpkin pie one they do in fall.Of course it's not as fancy as a more sit-down place, but I much prefer it over something like McDonald's if I want a quick, affordable burger.

I was in a restaurant and your so disgusting. Fountain soda wasn't look so nice molds are stuck in a ice dispensers.. Molds are everywhere in fountain soda.. Too many oiled finger print in a counters.. It smells so bad.. Im calling the attention of draper health department.. Do your job!

Friendly cashier and the fries were nice and hot. They needed to bus and clean the tables more often.
