I waited in the drive-thru for 17 minutes before I had to leave or risk being late for work. Even after 17 minutes of placing my order, I still hadn't reached the payment window. The wait time was ridiculous, and I couldn't imagine how long it would have taken to actually receive my food. The person taking my order took several minutes to process a simple order for a Number Three meal with no modifications. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. However, the food probably would have been good.

The employee at the drive-thru seemed to confirm each item we ordered by saying "ok," but when we arrived at the window to pick up our food, they claimed they couldn't hear us and asked us to repeat our entire order. This was frustrating and surprising. Overall, the food was rated a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.
