Burgerim - Dobbs Ferry

This is not just your average fast food burger chain. We were on our way to a wedding and hadn't eaten yet, about 2 and a half hours into our journey with 30 minutes left to go. We decided to stop at a small shopping center and my wife chose this place for a meal. I was a bit skeptical at first, thinking it was just another burger joint like Burger King. However, I decided to give it a try and ordered the Hawaiian salmon sandwich, despite my usual hesitation in getting fish from fast food places. The menu here seemed different and the food looked appealing in the pictures. I had originally planned on getting a beyond burger, but ended up trying something new. My wife got the falafel burger with sweet potato fries, which were deliciously crispy. I regretted not getting my own serving of those fries. The only drawbacks were that the place could use some renovations, and the sodas were flat - probably due to the soda machine needing a cleaning. If I lived nearby, I would definitely consider going back to this place again.

I found the 1-star reviews to be confusing as they seemed to be based on specific situations (such as slow delivery or differing expectations of a gyro). I decided to visit this restaurant after seeing the owner respond to a genuine 1-star review and make an effort to resolve the issue. The food was fantastic and satisfied my cravings. I would definitely return for burgers and shakes in the future.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful, and the food is fantastic. They offer a variety of vegetarian options, including delicious burgers, fries, and sweet potato tots. My personal favorites are the falafel burger and the vegelicious burger, while my daughter enjoys the impossible burger. We've also tried and enjoyed the chicken dishes. The milkshakes are also amazing.

False advertising on the glass right before you enter. The prices are NOT honored and are almost double on the menu inside. Chicken wings should have been $6.99, tried charging me $12.99 instead. I mentioned to the server the price on the outside menu to which he answered Oh, those prices are old. which I replied, it should be taken down which he didn 't. I don 't like being deceived nor misled. I canceled the chicken wings order, we opted for the lamb gyro which was dry and hardly had any meat. Horrible experience. Buyer beware!

The burgers here are impressive. I'm a bit of a burger snob, and I can tell you that I'd come here for a burger before any other burger place in westchester county. The service and staff are friendly. The restaurant is clean. The noise level is normal with some calm music playing. The fries are also great. I am thoroughly impressed by how good this place is. Wish I had one closer to home. I have not tried the chicken or salmon yet, but my wife had the impossible burger and it too was perfect. They cook the food here very well and the flavors are on point. My kids loved their kid-sized burgers too. Also, they have some delicious kulfi popsicles. I recommend the pistachio. I've never felt so amazed by a chain burger restaurant. These guys are honestly better than five guys. Come here now. Great food.
