Best restaurant in the region! This is the second time my partner and I have enjoyed a multi-course African cuisine menu. If you want to try new dishes and experience African cooking, this is the perfect place. The discovery menu is not listed on the regular menu. You just need to call Chef Gagné in advance to arrange your dinner. You can even mention the foods you like or dislike, and he will customize the meal accordingly. Chef Gagné takes the time to explain the dishes (their origins and background). For those with a big appetite, the portions are generous!

Best restaurant by far. The vinaigrette, the chicken Portofino... everything is delicious. The quality of the dishes is exceptional. I can’t wait to go back and indulge. Plus, it’s a BYOB (bring your own bottle) establishment.

A hidden gem in a small town in Quebec, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The food is incredible, packed with flavor, and the chef is super friendly. The staff is fantastic as well.

I had an excellent meal and I can't wait to return as soon as I'm back in the area. The dining experience was wonderful: the food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch, each deserving a perfect score of 5!
