Mcdonald's - Derwood

We typically visit this McDonald's drive-thru once a week. Thanks to the McDonald's app, it's a smooth experience. The staff is consistently friendly. During the few times I've gone inside, I've found the place to be clean and well-organized. Parking: The restaurant is located in a small strip mall, so there's usually no issue finding parking. Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's—kids adore it! While they are starting to outgrow the Happy Meals, they still enjoy the food. Service: Takeout.

I've visited the drive-thru seven times recently, and each time I've received the wrong items. For breakfast, I found the meals to be reasonably priced at around $10–20. The food itself was quite good, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was decent but could use some improvement, scoring a 3. The atmosphere was nice as well, also rated a 4. Overall, while I enjoyed the food and ambiance, the consistent mix-ups with my order are frustrating.

I recently ordered breakfast as takeout and found the experience to be average overall. The food was decent but didn't stand out in any particular way. The service was satisfactory; they were polite and the order was ready on time, but it lacked a personal touch. It's McDonald's. There's not much to add here other than finally McDonald's found an alternative to the horrible paper straw. I love their fountain coke with lite ice.
