Panera Bread - Derry

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness; some of the coffee equipment appeared quite worn.

The food here is great, and I really enjoy their menu! However, the only drawback is that they offer a lot of coffee specials. I wish they would occasionally feature regular black tea as well since that's all I drink. It seems like tea drinkers are a bit overlooked.

I ordered 2 drinks online for curbside pick up. I've never had any issues with Panera Bread in the past until today. I parked outside Panera, said I was there, and waited 25 MINUTES. No one ever came to my car. I watched all the cars around me receivetheir orders. I went inside, the girl at the register was so confused. I said I've been waiting for 30 MINUTES and it said myorder is ready. She was like, oh these 2 drinks have just been sitting here...I was like WHAT?! And, to top it off, they added alemonade on that I never ordered...I said I don't want that, she said want a cookie to make up the difference? I showed hergrace and said yes. My husband wasn't happy...I just wanted to treat him to a drink. They got my Chai tea latte right, but myhusband's drink was completely wrong. It tasted disgusting...being honest. He got a HOT COFFEE instead of what he ordered. Iwon't be going back. I should have canceled my order and got my money back.

I admit it, I'm shallow. I go to Panera Bread predominantly in the summer for the strawberry poppy seed salad. It has to be the most tantalizing and amazing flavor for my taste buds. Any Panera Bread that I go to regardless of what city or state in the USalways makes it exactly the same way which if you think about it is mind blowing. I brought a new friend for his first timeever in a Panera Bread and his first time tasting the salad and although this is my review in all honesty he said that he lovedit, too. If you've never tried the strawberry poppy seed salad at Panera Bread and if you are a salad person then you've got totry this! Then come back here and tell me I'm wrong LOL

I arrived to pick up my order and was taken aback by the lack of attention given to the customers who came in after me; not a single person greeted them. Even after 10 minutes, they were still waiting without any acknowledgment! It felt like the staff were avoiding eye contact as they moved back and forth. This is not how customer service should operate! On a side note, I ended up waiting about 25 minutes for my order. From now on, I think it's worth the drive to go to Manchester instead!
