Pizza Hut - Derby

GREAT TIME! STOPPED IN FOR FOOD GOT WHAT WE WANTED THE STAFF WAS GREAT! FOOD WAS GREAT AT THIS LOCATION AS WELL! WIKL RETURN HERE!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I made an online order and I went to pick it up 30 minutes later only to be told they forgot to make my order. This happened after I waited at the window over 15 minutes to pull to the front watching one employee making a snowman doors locked and the other two girls looking at me so I drove back to the window and waited again. I had to wait 25 minutes while making my order only to discover later the messed up my order.I got Not only that the girl at the window I think her name was Lily was screaming the f word over and over again to the staff with the door open to drive thru. Unprofessional.

This is getting old Pizza Hut. I order the same dinner box every Friday. I have had more orders remade than any other food place I’ve been to. I’m not sure if the cooks were trained correctly or they’re just being sloppy. Tonight the wings had no sauce and the dinner box pizza was more crust than pizza. I keep coming back because my kids love the pizza. But my word I can’t believe I’m even wasting my time leaving a review but hopefully someone who cares sees this and gets the cooking responsibilities up to pizza huts true standards. Check all your food before leaving.

Ordered the new meat lovers melt. It was really good. Will order them again for sure!!!!

I order 2 medium pizzas each week. Meatlovers for the men is always good. But I order taco for me, half no onions. Sometimes they get it right, but the last 2 weeks they have not. This weekend, because I order every weekend, it was far worse. And the manager was clearly incorrect that my half didn't have pineapple and jalapeños.
