This is a nice and welcoming spot for a quick lunch. The staff are friendly, and there’s a good selection of ingredients. The prices are reasonable as well. However, I can't give it a 5-star rating because some of the fish I've tried wasn't fresh. It could be due to my afternoon visits, which might mean I'm getting what's left over, but I have definitely had better raw fish elsewhere. Food: 3/5.

I frequented this place during my student years and always make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in Denton. I have several dietary restrictions, and I've never had an issue here. The staff is consistently pleasant. The ice cream macaron sandwiches are fantastic, although a bit pricey (as I've understood, the prices aren't set by the restaurant itself), but definitely worth it. As for dietary concerns, I have celiac disease and am highly sensitive. Thankfully, most of the menu is naturally gluten-free, and any items containing gluten are clearly labeled. They also change gloves whenever they prepare a new bowl, which gives me peace of mind.

Surprisingly delicious! I would honestly give it a 10/10. I will definitely go back. Food rating: 5/5.
