I never try to be karen and innever, but that's ridiculous. Last time I've eaten here as I get my big pommes. Is that a big frey?

My favorite hamburgers and I love their fries too. I also love five guys hamburgers, they have the same type as Steak 'n Shake but their fries are awful.

I would not visit this place again, to start when I placed my order I saw the cook touch raw meat, then the cheese, then the spatula, then the bread, I asked for a refund because that is cross-contamination, I was promised a refund within 3 days the refund was never issued I had to call my financial institution to receive a refund for non-service of goods, the general manager never followed up with me as he promised he would, 10 dollars may not seem like a big deal but getting people sick is a major problem, management can do better when he comes to employers handling food, making sure they are following protocol
