The food taste has really gone down hill in the last year as well as the customer service. After I placed my order I drove the 20 minutes to pick it up. There were about seven cars in front of me. When I got to the window and paid, they asked me to pull around front and they would have someone bring out my order, which was the first time they had done this, but I didn’t mind. 10 minutes go by, and they still haven’t brought my order. I was about to call them when I got a call from them saying they had my food ready and wanted to know where I was parked. I told them right in front of the door where I had been the last 10 minutes. They then proceeded to tell me I have to get back in the line to get my order behind about 10 other people because they were swamped and hung up. They have lost my business for good.
