Taco Bell - De Motte

I went in at like 11pm and every staff looked like a busy beaver. I could've sworn I got a double beef burrito for like more than a whole dollar less not that far away. BUT the food here was basically perfect, nice full burritos and stuff, clearly cooked with love. Very cool Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The mist disgusting food ever. Fir the prices we are paying we should get what you pay for. There was literally no neat in any if the three items ordered. All lettuce. The meat isn't even meat anymore , it's a powered mix they make up in a bag. I have been eating taco bell my entire life. At 58 I have been a lifelong customer. Never again. I think people should hold them accountable Service: Takeaway

The food is always fantastic and they almost never get it wrong at this location. Great staff team too. I have no complaints about the food or staff. My complaint is about ice today. Ice yesterday. Ice for the last month or so. I was told WELL OVER a month ago that their ice machine doesn’t work. I stopped ordering drinks because I was so tired of not getting ice in my drink. I ordered a drink today thinking, “it’s been long enough, their machine has GOT to be fixed by now right?” WRONG. Now, I know what you’re thinking; “why doesn’t she just put ice in it at home?” THE WHOLE POINT HERE IS THAT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT. If a customer orders an iced beverage from a fast food business, they usually assume there’s going to be ice in it. I should not have to put ice in it myself when it’s supposed to be included when I purchased the drink. Normally I wouldn’t get so riled up over no ice in my drink, but it’s been MORE than long enough for this issue to be resolved. Pls fix your ice problem or get someone else to I am BEGGING at this point, DeMotte Taco Bell. (Also, if it is fixed, and you’re not giving me ice for some reason, that is pure evil.
