Taco Bell - Dayton

Worst service I’ve ever received at Taco Bell. There’s hardly any toppings on my food, the shell is stale, and the little bit of black beans that they gave me taste old. I can’t even eat this. The rest of the food they gave us was the same; hardly any toppings and old. We threw it out. I don’t have time to drive back up there tonight and Bradley the cashier/ MIC says that he can’t give his bosses name out and he can’t help me if I don’t come back tonight. Okay buddy, well that’s ludicrous. I’m an RGM in fast food service and that’s not how you handle this type of situation. I’ll tell you what you should have done, was taken my information down and offered me a replacement for next time I came back in. I just spent $22 on food that went to the trash because a bunch of teenagers don’t know what the hell they’re doing.

Ripped me off by screwing up my order. Ordered a cantina burrito and they gave the cantina taco which is a little under half the price. : Otherwise service was fine ig.

I arrived at Taco Bell at 8:30 AM. To my surprise, the store doesn’t open until 9 AM for breakfast. What’s the point in having breakfast at your store? If 90% of your target audience has already gone to work. Every other breakfast establishment opens well before 9 AM, and that’s where people will go when you aren’t open to serve. Every time I go here they make the food skimpy. It’s bad enough the prices are getting ridiculous, but if I pay for it, I should get what I’m supposed to. Orders are frequently made wrong, or missing items. It’s very unpleasant to go back to say I’m missing items because they always treat you like you’re lying. I guess I just need to accept that the management and owners don’t care because nothing has changed in years except the updated look and higher prices. The positive reviewers must be getting paid because I have never had one good experience there.
