The ice is fantastic, the service is quick, and the staff is very friendly. Akira did an excellent job, making sure that everything was clean and that all customers were served promptly.

It's good. the personal is not really nice or really rude. the load is always dirty and slow.

This Cold Stone Creamery offers the standard delicious ice cream that the chain is known for. However, the service was quite disappointing. The staff was indifferent and incredibly slow, and I had to ask multiple times for the same thing: "Can I have chocolate?" Each time, I was met with confusion, even though it was clearly written on the board behind them. It seemed like they weren’t really paying attention to what I was saying. Unfortunately, it appears that this issue with the staff is a recurring problem at this location.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. We enjoy how it celebrates our taste buds, and we can't help but feel delightfully indulgent as we savor every bite.

I was not impressed at all. The workers were really nice but we ordered a strawberry milkshake and what we got was strawberry flavored milk. It did not taste like there was any ice cream in it. This was my first time to Cold Stone and I am not sure I will be going back.
