The bridal shower cake was light and fluffy, and it received rave reviews from everyone. My aunts remarked that it wasn't overly sweet, which is considered the highest compliment in Asian culture. Normally, I'm not a fan of cake, but theirs was exceptional. I’m absolutely thrilled that my wedding cake will be from Old Towne, and I look forward to being a regular customer when I start my own family. Everything about this place is fantastic!

Five stars and then some! Karen truly went above and beyond for our wedding. My husband has a soy allergy, which includes vegetable oil—a common ingredient in cakes. Karen stepped up and adjusted her recipe to use canola oil, which meant so much to me! The cake was delicious (one guest even said it was the best wedding cake she’d ever had), and the presentation was stunning! This little bakery has won our hearts and loyalty for all our future baking needs.

On the positive side, scheduling a time to pick up cake samples and discuss the layers for my wedding was straightforward and efficient. This hassle-free service allowed me to taste various flavors and make informed choices. On the other hand, I ran into issues with the cake's design. Although I provided a photo of the design I wanted, the final cake turned out quite different. The color was much more vibrant than the subtle tone shown in the model. I was also surprised to learn that the bakery only uses fondant for all their cakes. If I had known this in advance, I would have opted for a different option, even if it meant adjusting the design. If having an accurate design and avoiding fondant is crucial for you, I suggest looking into other bakery options.

This place makes the best cake I've ever tasted. I would love to tell you which flavor is the best but my husband and I were honestly impressed with all of them! Our wedding guests kept complimenting the cake as well.

The yummiest, best looking custom cakes and just the nicest people. Highly recommend this place for all things sweet! The owner is super thoughtful and goes above and beyond. Don't worry about the line outside, it typically moves fast. They also have outdoor seating.
