Luciana's - Dana Point

Everything was fine. Food was good, but the service was poor. We had asked for water. We had to ask for cheese and we had to ask for the bill. We will still go back because we love the food and ambience 

Never disappoints! Oscar was our waiter he was great! Gave us plenty of time to enjoy our drinks before dinner always very attentive. We enjoyed the shrimp scampi appetizer, which is to die for. My husband had linguine vongole I had Fettuccine Toscana. Both were just delicious!uu

Inconvenience as they won’t take my cc over the phone. Was going to hand my GF pick up dinner.

Waitress was distracted. Talking to other employees was remiss in our timely order. Making excuses for duration of wait. All else was good. We had to ask other employees to assist us with several requests. The other staff was very responsive. Thank you.

We have been to Luciana's many times over the years and this was across the board one of the worst restaurant experiences ever! Our server was slow and completely disinterested in our table. She had no clue how to open a bottle of wine and proceeded to pour cork into our glasses. After a long wait our meals arrived barely warm. Unfortunately we will not got back.
