Chick-fil-a - Dalton

I have been ordering chick-fil-A for my networking meeting. I was disappointed when they could not provide me cups, napkins and plates for my visitors. I order the plater, gallon tea and fruits. The employee asked the manager If I could have some utensils,and responded with a no rudely. I did not know why , the Woodstock location would provide with no problem.

I arrived abt 315pm today 10/12/2022 the line was short however it took abt 10 mins for me to get up to the window to get my order, which I thought was a little longer wait than normal plus their shake machine was down and I couldn't get the shake I wascraving and no receipt was offered too me with my order I always enjoy eating here just a little dissatisfied with waiting solonger for my order. Pls don't get me wrong this location is amazing place to eat!!

Generally, if I'm going to Chick-fil-A, it's either for nuggets or a Cool Wrap. They don't really have much else, and they charge too much for those. They do taste good, but I don't go there often because of the prices. I can get a far largerquantity of chicken from Zaxby's for the same price, and a far better chicken wrap from Café Ostro if I'm looking for highquality.

I very well know I am the odd man out here giving a bad review. All I see in this place is high (considering the competition) price for my breakfast, cramped space, unreasonably long waiting times and food that others can do cheaper and usually better. Icannot say anything about their chicken or compare it to others, because I do not trust commercial quality chicken enough to eatit.

This is less about the food and more about the experience. We came tonight through drive-through. We had about a $40 order, and the young man that was taking the order looked completely lost. I asked for no ice and he just stood there looking at the screenand then said OK. Then I get to the window and she repeated the order back, I asked if the drink was no ice and she said ?no hedidn?t put that.? And I said ?well it?s supposed to be without ice.? She huffed and said ?can you just drink it with ice?? Thenany extra sauce we ask for wasn?t in the bag. They acted like me coming there was a burden. I understand that this place is busyand I am fine with waiting in line, but if I?m going to wait in line for some thing don?t treat me like I?m a burden to youspecially when I pay that much for food
