I Luv Pho Noodle Soup Grills - Dallas

This was our third visit to this restaurant, and it seems we're always coming here. However, the service has been consistently disappointing during our recent visits. Each time, we were welcomed, but then we waited over 20 minutes for water—twice I had to ask for it. On our most recent visit, we sat for 30 minutes before anyone bothered to check on us, so we decided to leave. Other customers were also complaining about waiting 45 minutes for their food. It seems like there's been a change in ownership, and the new team is not very attentive. Be cautious if you're planning to have dinner here!

Tasty food and wonderful service by hosts and waiters , Very fast and fresh ! I got the pork banh mi and it was delicious! It was made with a toasted bollio bread and 2 egg-rolls. I came in and stayed for about 10-15 minutes as I was on the go and neededa quick but healthy bite to eat, so this was perfect I was seated and order was taken with a few minutes. It’s also beautifulon the inside, next time I’ll come for a longer visit 10/10 would recommend!

So, this has been the 3rd time we come eat this place, mind you we use to come eat here all the time. The past three times here recently the service was horrible. We sat with out anyone coming to greet us, no water for 20 min, finally I had to ask forwater. This happened twice. The third time we arrived and we were seated for 30 min before anyone came to say hello! So wewalked out and left! Customers were complaining that they were waiting for 45 min for their food. I think they changed newowners, and they are not very attentive. Beware when going to eat! At this place.

I love the pho and the egg rolls there. The only thing I don't like so far are the guy in the front. They get an attitude if you ain't ready to place your order. Where are the waitress y'all had before they were always so nice and attentive. This guy'sdon't have no patience at all

We were customers earlier this week for the first time and really enjoyed the food. Cut to this day we go to call in an order and can?t through. We called six times and nothing. Your Google says they're closing at 9:00. We decide to go there to go, come at 8:30. (I know it's drunk to show up in the last 30 minutes of a restaurant nearby, but the first time there the food came very fast) my husband runs in and goes in front of the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help him. If they finally come to him? Kevin? Tell him they won't make food after 20:45. My husband explains all the events before and all the guys can say is no to everything he asks. He'll call the number and no one phone rings. No manager we need to talk to had to call Irving location, which could not reach the Dallas location. The first impression was great, this impression was not so much. Very disappointing because this would be a place for us.
