The service was very disappointing. My breakfast was cold, and the self-service coffee and tea situation wasn't clearly explained—there were no directions on where to go for refills. I won't be coming back.

The staff here are wonderful, the place is spotless, and they are taking numerous steps to ensure customer safety during this challenging time.

I found a fingernail in my drink, and when I complained, all I received was an apology. This is one of the worst Wetherspoons in the UK. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Evening out with a couple of friends, food awful, cold, my meal was 15 minutes later than the others and the steak was cold and raw my partners burger was dreadful. The service was patchy.
