Whataburger - Cypress

My typical lunch order involves several customizations, and this location always gets it right. I appreciate the friendly staff; they greet me as soon as I walk in, making me feel welcome. There's also someone who checks on the dining area to ensure my order is correct, and they always ask if I need anything else. I've been coming to this spot for several years now, and I can confidently say it's a friendly, clean, and inviting place.

After hearing so many people up north rave about How amazing Whataburger is, I was really let down. There were way too many pickles on my burger, the bacon was tough and hard to chew, and the mustard completely overpowered everything else. On the positive side, the fries were good. However, one of the employees seemed overwhelmed, and they stopped serving breakfast right at 11 AM. Other customers who were in line before 11 AM ended up missing out on breakfast because of the slow service.

I've had a disappointing experience at this restaurant recently. Every time I visit, my order seems to be incorrect or the burgers are overly dry. Today, I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru for two breakfast burgers, only to get home and find that one of them didn't even have a patty!

It's Whataburger, so the food is typically as expected, but the customer service is where this location is lacking. This is my third negative experience with ordering from this location. I place my order online for curbside pickup. Each time my order isincorrect or incomplete and I end up having to wait. Using the app to place my order should mean accuracy and promptness. Thislocation needs quality assurance checks.

I just had the best service and experience from any whataburger I have ever visited. I actually visited this location 11:50pm. The manager there, one of them name Jamal is who I wish all restaurant manager should be. He was polite, hard working, greetedeveryone. Food was perfect also. Just impressive! and for being almost at midnight, it is even more amazing!
