Carl's Jr. - Cypress

So this odd Literally the slowest carls I?ve ever gone to. Wouldn?t recommend on a day you really need to be somewhere ?. I did arrive at their ? peek time? which consisted of 1 other car ? in the drive thru and 1 person inside out took like 10 minutes to get my order?. I only ordered 2 breakfast burgers bright side? They have had hash browns with my breakfast burgers it was the afternoon but I also think I Was charged for an extra burger I had asked them not to add after All but I did get the burger as well so maybe they didn?t hear me but idk

Like everywhere else, expensive. Thank goodness for coupons

So this particular Carls is in my business center and my coworkers and I never go here because their service is so bad. I complained once before from a drive through order but gave them another shot today and just decided to walk in instead. I purposely complimented the manager as she was taking my order in hopes of putting her in a good mood since last time that was the issue? I paid close to $10 for a sandwich and fries. Asked for the white American cheese (paid an additional $0.50) asked for tomato (paid an additional $0.49) and leaf lettuce instead of shredded. So of course they give me yellow cheese which isn?t a big deal I can deal with that but they gave me lettuce that looked old and an end cut of the tomato about the size of a dollar piece. All I asked was if she could switch my tomato for a bigger slice seeing how she just charged me fifty cents for it, yes I could?ve walked over to target and got an whole one probably for about a dollar or so more but figured I?d just pay for the convenience. But Christy the manager rolled her eyes and told the girl I was being picky. I said no I paid extra for it I want my monies worth. Any way I?m back at work now and I don?t even want this anymore. Last time I?ll stop at this location!

Burgers were great. Ordered a large combo. Fries came out to be medium at best.

This carl's Jr has the most beautiful girl working the window . I'm a female myself and not interested in her kind but ,......damn I would be willing to try.
