Cafe Mark - Cumberland

My wife and I had a fantastic lunch at Mark's, and we can't say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere was great, and the staff who served us were very friendly and helpful with drink recommendations! We tried a German chocolate latte, and it was amazing.

I visited this restaurant recently for breakfast with my coworkers and boss. I’ve lived in Cumberland for nearly 20 years, and this was my first time dining here since it opened. I must say, the food is fantastic! The blueberry pancakes are out of this world. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I also loved the antique ceilings. I will definitely be bringing my family here to eat in the near future.

Came in visit from the city, how was really impressed. the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, which gave drinking suggestions. the drinks were all great and eating was top notch. I had the truthahn tornado and was blown away. the ambiente was also great and we spent a long time playing games and enjoying the society together. we even came back a few days later for lattes when we were here. overall would recommend -bj

Great! From San Diego and this place is the closest place I’ve been in and around Cumberland that actually feels like home. Got the chai late and butter pecan French toast. They put real butter on the griddle and real pecans and then plopped the French toast on top and coated both side and yummmmmmmmmmm!!!!! Most places would just have butter pecan flavored syrup and send you on your way. I also had the fried potatoes and I’ve never had something that didn’t need more salt or seasoning or sauce but these were perfect and gone within seconds. The place had a nice vibe, very inviting, comforting, and the staff were very nice! I’ve already been back again and will probably try every vegetarian thing I can here!

We were here for breakfast. the pancakes were excellent. light, fluffy and tasty. the blueberry crisp French toast was also good. the omelette was okay, but probably not again. the smoothie was excellent! I'd just come back for the smooth. they have a cool open it area in the background. with cozy chairs, a book exchange, some funny board games and sofa. it is a great place to meet someone to the coffee and just to hangout. will be back!
