What would be an incredible dining experience in any city/country, is truly extraordinary considering that it's in a tiny town in middle of Mexico. Pointless to describe any particular dishes because they will be different by the time you're there, but man this place is amazing! Every item we had was outstanding and expertly prepared. The service was attentive and even though the waiter didn't have much English, he tried very hard. The only downside for us was their credit card machine wasn't working so we had to leave the place to go to an ATM and come back to pay (in the middle of a torrential downpour) not fun.
