The staff at this restaurant were incredibly helpful and polite, and even took the time to joke around with our children. The atmosphere was pleasant, and they offer a great selection of drinks. The deals for kids are very affordable and definitely worth it.

We decided to try this restaurant on a whim because Nando's was busy. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The potato skins were flavorless and chewy, while the meatball al forno had a chewy piece of gristle and tasteless tomato sauce. The main dishes were also inedible and dry. The meat feast pasta was supposed to have n’duja, ham, and cheese, but only had pepperoni and meatballs. The chicken parmigiana was so dry and tasteless that we had to send it back and get a refund. Despite the disappointing food, the service was efficient and polite. We will not be returning.

I ordered a takeaway from Frankie and Bennys and one of the items that was sent was the wrong item. So I called the restaurant and spoke to James (the manager) who said that he would re-do the whole order plus keep all the original items at no extra cost, as long as I could come and collect the new items. I was very impressed with the way that James resolved my issue. That’s excellent customer service right there. I would like to thank James once again for resolving this issue, even better than I thought possible. Sunil
