Chicken Express - Crowley

I've never had people this friendly at a fast food restaurant. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Still waiting on a response to application for work no one is paying a wage you can live on and support a family. They only want children here to split the available cost of hiring people so that it maximum profit and perpetuates poverty

The Drive thru is absolutely ridiculous, this is the second time I’ve had to abandon my order because we sat for 30 mins without moving even 1 car. How does that happen when all the chicken is already cooked and ready to go? Seriously I want to hear from the owner why it takes 45 mins to get an order at lunch time? I’ve ate at just about every chicken express in the dfw area and never had that kind of a wait EVER. Including locations that closed down like the colony. They still managed to give better service despite going out of business. That’s sad

Chicken portions were not fresh... very small, hard fried and dry.

Sat in the drive -thru for 15mins before driving off. NEVER got to order. When we passed by the window the workers were in there dancing and playing around.
