The Cheesecake Factory - Crossing

I came here back in 2018 from the UK while a tourist. To this day, the best cheesecake I ever ate. Would LOVE to come back. Oh, the other dishes we had were great too can't recall but delicious and fresh. Salivating just remembering.

We had a salad and all greens were not fresh at all. Lettuces in the salad were brownish. Not recommended.

Great atmosphere, great food, and not too long of a wait. Everyone helped each other out and everything ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Worst fake cheese cake I ever ate. I got a banana cheese cake. Few slices of banana were on the side, the cake is not made with cheese or any quality ingredients. It tastes artificial, extra sweet and plastic. I will not return or recommend

We typically choose The Cheesecake Factory for its renowned food and service. However, our experience after our graduation ceremony was disappointing due to the server's behavior. We had ordered bread as a side, but it never arrived. We also had questions about the restaurant's weekday happy hours, which our server seemed uninterested in addressing. While he checked on nearby tables to ensure their satisfaction, he neglected to return to ours after taking our order. We even had to flag him down to request the check after a 20-minute wait. Although many of the staff are courteous and friendly, encounters with inattentive servers can significantly detract from the dining experience, making us hesitant to return. I don't recall the server's name, but we were seated at the last table near the bar area on a high chair where the happy hours menus are placed.
