My husband had an awful experience here. He spent around $14 and couldn’t eat any of the food he bought. It seemed like the food had been sitting under a heat lamp all day and was inedible.

We decided to give this restaurant a try since it was the closest place that offered chicken. It was our first time ordering from there, and we found it to be quite pricey. Unfortunately, when we got home and sampled the food, it didn't taste very good. We decided not to return. I echo some other reviews that mentioned the food appeared dry, and I was disappointed by both the quantity and the appearance of the items sitting under the heat lamp. Nothing looked fresh—everything seemed like it had been sitting there for hours.

This was my third visit to Champs. My first experience was excellent, but the last two have been a waste of money. Today, I stopped in for lunch, but there was hardly anything ready. When I asked the staff if they were cooking anything, she replied that she didn't have time to cook! Seriously, that’s her job. I understand it can get busy, but come on! The manager even came over, shook his head in disbelief, and then walked away. I won't be returning.
