Somers General Store - CRIB POINT

It's not cheap, and there are not many options (lost stars here). But the quality of the dishes is high and the service is great. Plus it is opposite the beach and there is dog parking available. They're not allowed on the decking, so it's not uncommon to see a series of dogs attached to various posts and the telephone box outside. (I counted 9 on our visit).

Given it is the only cafe in the area it was nice to find vegan options here. The vegan bruschetta and vegan linguine were delicious. Great coffee too.

My husband and I went in for a coffee on a Thursday morning. The coffee was fine, but the behaviour I witnessed from one member of staff means that I am guaranteed never to return. The way in which two young female customers were spoken to was absolutely disgusting. If you don't want to serve customers, get out of the industry!!

Decided to give the cafe a second try after a disappointing previous experience. Although the food was quite good quality and the prices reasonable, the overall experience was ruined by the surly, rude and unfriendly waitress. Surely management can do better than this. Won't make the mistake of trying this place again.

I've stopped in here a couple of times & sadly leave disappointed... great location unfortunately the service is slow, coffee not so great... I don't think I'd be stopping in again
