It's not a bad place to stop, but it definitely needs an upgrade in terms of facilities and customer service. During my last visit, they were out of tuna, turkey, and steak, so I ended up ordering a veggie sub. While it satisfied my hunger, it didn't meet my expectations. The two gentlemen at the front were nice and tried their best to accommodate, but it was clear that the issues they faced were beyond their control. Overall, I would consider returning, but it's fortunate that there are other fast food options available in the same building.
Tonight, however, it felt like the staff was aware I would be writing a review, and they seemed apprehensive about it. I came in with my daughter; I ordered from Arby’s while she ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch on flatbread from Subway. Unfortunately, the toaster oven appeared to be malfunctioning, as her bacon was still cold in places and the bread was also cool to the touch by the time we got to the car. While my daughter’s unsatisfactory sandwich is a concern, my main issue lies with the fountain drink machine. When I ordered my drink from Arby’s, I seriously considered buying a bottled soda. We were tired after working with the stalls in the cold and I thought it would be easier to avoid an extra transaction. So I went to the machine to get my ice and drink, only to find the ice dispenser looking very questionable. I took a photo with my phone and discovered it was covered in mold. It was clearly visible, and certainly not something I could have missed. A staff member from Subway noticed me taking a picture and approached me, asking if the machine was broken (they had even taped a sign over the usual label that says "Diet Dr Pepper"). I told him no and pointed out the mold around the ice dispenser. He reacted with dismay, saying, "Aw man, I didn’t even see that, and I get my drinks from there.” I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he genuinely hadn’t noticed it, but it raises concerns that none of the staff have checked that machine properly to catch such a problem. If the exterior is showing mold and mildew, it’s likely the interior is even worse. I briefly considered saying something further.
They very respectful and take their time fixing your food
I decided to try this place. ordered eating online and received a pickup period of 1904. it is now 1923 and eating is not ready yet. that the woman who works there said she was busy and had not yet started my order when I arrived on time. what is the purpose of online ordering before the time? further, what is the purpose of giving the customer a pick-up time if my order will not be ready when I get there? my last review complained about the same. looks like nothing had changed. oh. it is now 1926 and my order is not ready. thank you. Metro to help me not eat quickly.
