Al-mall’s Resturant - Cranston

The chef, who also happens to be the owner and waiter, came out to take our order (definitely a red flag). I ordered a falafel sandwich, but it was terrible—far from traditional, lacking any flavor, and the falafel seemed like it was made ages ago. My friend opted for a meat combo plate that was supposed to come with tabbouleh salad but instead was served a regular salad. Unfortunately, everything was completely flavorless. When the bill came, I was shocked to find it was $50 for two dishes and a soda. Initially, the owner mentioned that my salad would be free, but he ended up charging me for it anyway. In summary, this was by far the worst Lebanese food I’ve ever encountered. For my friend, who was experiencing this cuisine for the first time, it was a complete disaster, and we won’t be returning. The high prices, the empty restaurant, and the fact that one person was serving us should have been warning signs.

The restaurant uses tissues as napkins, which is quite unappealing. There's an 18 percent gratuity automatically added to the bill, and the service was correspondingly poor. I would recommend avoiding this place. Food rating: 2/5.

Terrible service. You end up waiting hours for your food only to find out they no longer have what you ordered. The restaurant appears to be short on dishes, forks, and knives, and they have no napkins at all. Additionally, they automatically add an 18% tip to the bill, which seems to make them indifferent to customer care afterward. It’s definitely a place I won’t return to.
