Waffle House - Covington

Great place to always just sit and have breakfast, lunch or dinner 24/7. Can get orders to go, however, you may have to go in to make these to go orders because you can never get the staff to leave the phone lines open, especially if the store is busy. Store is always clean that is unless they have just had a monster rush and then it's kind of expected for a few hash browns to be in the floor from those little ones in the booster seats. Bathroom was clean. Competitive pricing. Good food.

Horrible customer service! Only 2 other customers in the whole place. We sat for 7 mins without any acknowledgment that we came in. No one looked our way, told us we will be with you on a min. Nothing. We got up to leave and Mrs. Sherry said have a good day and my response was I would if We would if gotten any food/service. Mrs. Sherry was inside at the window praying and doing gestures at us and then proceeded to walk outside like she was going to do something while we were leaving. They had 1 cook, 4 waitresses and still nobody could ever acknowledge we were there. Get it together Waffle House

I grew up with waffle house. This is one of the best ones I've been to in a long time. Everything was great. Thanks!

There are a lot of waffle houses in the area. Don't go to this one. Ordered two waffles to go, both with toppings. Neither had any toppings. They also didn't put any silverware, butter or syrup in the bag. So with no syrup, we couldn't eat our incorrect meal anyway. It's not hard.
