Bidrage med feedbackWe were touring the Cathar country and happened on this great restaurant by chance. My wife had a filet de Saint Pierre with an celeriac purees sauce and I had local dishes. The chef makes his own bougnettes which is a local pork pate that is fried and served on a salad. It was delicious and I've never had it elsewhere in France in the last 67 years of restaurant dining. His house tripe are superb: very light, lean and silky smooth. We shared a 1/4 Saint Chinian which came from not too far away. Dessert was a creme Catalan with chataignes. Service was friendly. The restaurant is quaint without being a tourist trap. Most of the the clientele were locals. Good value and good food. Whitebeard83
Superb inn, boss and waitress are very professional and super friendly. We're like home. For the reasonable price we ate great well and hearty dishes in a magnificent setting.

Excellent value for money for this hostel located slightly below the green track. The kitchen is very good and the reception is excellent. An ideal step!
