Burger King - Council Bluffs

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two of the new Southwestern Bacon Whoppers, one without chips, and ended up paying $14 when I could have just gotten two meals for $10. When I got home, they were lukewarm, one of them didn't have chips, and neither had the grilled onions I requested. There was hardly any sauce on them either. I've never felt so disappointed!

The drive-thru for getting hot and fresh food was a bit tricky to locate.

The breakfast sandwiches here are quite good, but I have to mention that the drive-thru attendant who assisted us on August 3, 2022, was very rude. She also seemed reluctant to return our change after I paid with a $20 bill. I recommend asking for a receipt, as some might try to take advantage of you. After this experience, we have decided to stop visiting this location. God bless.

I absolutely love this place! Armond is the best manager I've ever encountered, and he really knows how to take care of his customers. There's truly no comparison when it comes to management—he's fantastic!

I really enjoy the flavor of their food much more than other fast food places. The staff is outstanding and always remembers me, thanks to my mother's usual order. They joke around with me and always ask me to say hello to my mom. They truly are wonderful!
